Pickup and fitting at the workshop – free

We e-mail you when the tyres are ready – normally within 3 working days after ordering for tyres from the supplier's warehouse in the Nordics and up to 12 working days for tyres from the supplier's warehouse in the EU, and the same or next working day for tyres in our own stock. Bring your order number.

Home delivery

We ship tyres with Posten to all of Norway (except Svalbard and Jan Mayen).

Tyres are packed in pairs; four tyres arrive as two parcels and may be delivered separately. The parcel is delivered to the nearest pickup point according to the carrier's routines, and you receive a tracking number by e-mail when the parcel is shipped.

Tyres not in our own stock are ordered from the supplier and normally dispatched within 3 working days (up to 12 working days for tyres from the supplier's warehouse in the EU).

When will the tyres arrive?

• In stock at EVVA Auto – ready for pickup the same or next working day, shipped the next working day.
• Order item – delivered to us from the supplier within 3 working days (up to 12 working days for tyres from the supplier's warehouse in the EU), then pickup or shipping.
• Not available – cannot be ordered right now.

Should an order item be sold out at the supplier after you have ordered, we contact you immediately and offer an equivalent tyre or cancellation at no cost – the amount is only reserved, not charged, until the tyres are ready.

Damaged parcel or wrong item

Check the parcel on arrival. If the packaging is damaged, note it with the carrier if possible. Contact us as soon as possible at webshop@evvaauto.no or +47 966 69 166 if the tyres are damaged or wrong – we arrange a new shipment or a return at no cost to you.

Uncollected goods

Tyres not collected within 30 days after we have notified you that they are ready may be returned to the supplier. We contact you before that happens. See the terms of sale sections 6 and 11.
